Father’s Day 2013

We had so much fun last year with the Father’s Day interviews, that I thought we’d make it a bit of a tradition (for as long as we remember to do so).  Without further ado…

All About my Daddy
by Avery Kaufman

My daddy’s name is Kyle.  He is 39 years old.  My daddy’s favorite foods are ice cream and pizza, and his favorite drink is water.  He is really, really good at his work.  Daddy always makes me laugh when he says we are stuck in the current at the pool.  When my daddy goes to work, he usually spends his day making kids feel better.  One thing my dad has taught me is how to ride a scooter.  Before he had kids, my daddy was a kid.  My favorite thing to do with him is play with him.   When I grow up, I hope I can make people feel better like my dad.  I know my daddy loves me because I always love him.

My daddy’s name is Kyle.  He is 90 years old.  My daddy’s favorite food is ice cream, and his favorite drink is Diet Coke.  He is really, really good at tickling me.  Daddy always makes me laugh when he picks me up and spins me around wupside down.  When my daddy goes to work, he usually spends his day seeing me when I visit him.  One thing my dad has taught me is how to do a cartwheel.  Before he had kids, my daddy already loved [my mommy].  My favorite thing to do with him is play with him.   When I grow up, I hope I can have 1 or 2 or 3 babies like my dad.  I know my daddy loves me because I love him

One thing is clear – they love him 🙂  We have had quite the weekend, celebrating both dads and brand new 5-year-olds!  More on that to come, of course.  Nolan and I sure are lucky to have these three!
